The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service of Burnet and Lampasas Counties are excited to announce the 2015 Central Texas Hay Show will take place on October 8th at the Burnet County Fair Grounds from 1 P.M. -  7 P.M. with Auction to begin at 7 P.M. There will be a Dual County Food Preservation Workshop on June 3, 2016 to be held at the Lake Victor Community Center from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.  Linda Wells Burnet County Family Consumer Science Agent and Karen DeZarn Lampasas County Family Consumer Science Agent will be demonstrating food preservation techniques and discussing proper canning and storage procedures.
