The Dinner Tonight program was developed to provide busy families with quick, healthy, cost effective recipes that taste great. Not only does the Dinner Tonight program provide recipes, it also gives you weekly video demonstrations on cooking tips and techniques, nutrition topics, menu planning basics and information on healthy living.
BETTER LIVING FOR TEXANS
Better Living for Texans is a statewide nutrition education program for adults and kids who want to learn how to eat well and save money. You can make friends and have fun while you learn about eating healthy foods and saving money! To be a part of the Better Living for Texans program, email, call or drop by your local county Extension Office.
FOOD PROTECTION MANAGEMENT
The Food Protection Management Program prepares students for the ANSI-CFP Accredited Certified Professional Food Manager Examination (CPFM), as well as offers the Food Handlers certification accredited by the Texas Department of State Health Services.
STEP UP & SCALE DOWN
Step Up & Scale Down is a research based program based on the USDA Dietary Guidelines intended to help Americans choose a healthful eating plan within their calories requirements to achieve and maintain a healthy weight.
DO WELL, BE WELL WITH DIABETES
Do Well, Be Well with Diabetes is a five week series, developed by the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service Food and Nutrition Unit, to help people with type 2 diabetes learn how to manage their blood glucose through basic nutrition and self-care management.
